SAVANNAH, GA – DECEMBER 28, 2023 – Family Promise of the Coastal Empire has received a significant donation of 10 beds as part of the furniture retailer’s national Hope to Dream initiative to give homeless families the gift of safe and comfortable beds this holiday season.
“We are very grateful for Ashley Furniture’s donation as every child deserves the comfort and security of a warm, safe bed to lay their head at night. The safety of a bed is not just a matter of rest; it’s the foundation for a child to thrive and perform at their full potential.” said Katrina Bostick, Executive Director of Family Promise of the Coastal Empire.
Ashley Furniture’s Hope to Dream initiative strives to provide children safe and comfortable beds of their own. Since 2010, over 165,000 children have been given beds through this initiative. Now, Family Promise of the Coastal Empire will be the recipient of beds to help the nonprofit organization fulfil their mission of providing hope and security to local homeless families in the Coastal Empire region.
